REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. Class passes have expiration dates to encourage you to attend regularly. Thank you for your understanding!
To register for a class, click on its link and follow the prompts
- If this is your first time using this system, you’ll be asked to create an account.
- If you don’t have a class pass, you’ll be asked to “Confirm and pay” or select to purchase one of the available passes. You may have to refresh your screen after you purchase a pass.
- If you have credits in your account, it’ll tell you, and all you have to do is click “Confirm”.
- Join online classes by clicking the “Join class here” button on the booking confirmation email, or the reminder email which is sent out 15 minutes before class starts.
This online payment system accepts credit cards
- If you prefer to pay by a different method (Venmo, PayPal, check), let me know. Exact amount cash payments are also fine for in-person classes.
To cancel a class registration
- Click on the class link.
- At the bottom of the pop-up, click the green “Going” link, then click “Cancel Me”. Your class credit will return to your account.
