Iyengar Yoga for 50 and Over
My classes are geared toward active middle-aged and older adults, but younger people are also welcome!
Iyengar Yoga classes provide a safe and systematic approach to learning and practicing yoga postures. We often use props (such as blankets, blocks, straps, chairs, or the wall) in my classes to help promote ease, stability, and healthy alignment in poses that would otherwise be difficult.
